Metso Separates Businesses

Metso Corporation had two major announcements this week: the company will develop the businesses of minerals and flow control as separate segments, and it has appointed a new president for valves. The minerals segment is mining, aggregates and recycling; flow control is valves and related services sold to the process industries. Leading the valves business will be Olli Isotalo, former CEO of Patria Oyj. MORE
