A Flat Year Projected for the 2016 Valve Industry

For the first time since 2009, VMA is predicting U.S. Industrial Valve Shipments will experience little or no growth. VMA’s forecast indicates shipments will be up just $3 million over 2015 to approximately $4.5 billion total in 2016. VMA President Bill Sandler sites the downturn in the petroleum and power industries as having the most effect on the state of the valve industry.  MORE
