SAMSON Develops High-pressure Top-entry Valve

As the demand for industrial gases increases, so does the size of production facilities to match this demand, increasing piping size and operating pressures result in more requirements for valve equipment.

As the demand for industrial gases increases, so does the size of production facilities to match this demand, increasing piping size and operating pressures result in more requirements for valve equipment.

These increased customer requirements have pushed SAMSON to develop a new product, the 3598 — a cage-guided valve designed for ColdBox applications with a top entry bonnet and larger pressure classes/sizes.

It is developed for cryogenic processes for air separation units (ASU) Top-entry design for high energy efficiency and low operational costs, small actuator sizes through the standard use of pressure balancing and cage guidance facilitates maintenance with SAMSON’s top-entry tool.
