Spartan Scientific, a division of Canfield Industries, has released its newest rocker-style diaphragm valve, engineered to provide reliable performance in medical, chemical and food industry applications where fluid integrity and system longevity are critical.

Traditional solenoid valves often expose internal metal parts to aggressive or sensitive media, leading to premature wear, particle contamination and higher maintenance costs. Spartan’s 25RV rocker-style valve solves these challenges with a diaphragm-based design that isolates the process fluid from internal moving components, ensuring leak-tight operation and longer service life.
Built with a 3-way configuration (one inlet, two outlets) that can also be adapted to 2-way functionality, the valve is optimized for low-flow, high-precision control. With a 1.5 mm orifice, rugged polymer and elastomer construction and a compact modular form, the valve integrates seamlessly into manifold assemblies for a cleaner, more efficient system design.
The valve offers versatile mounting options, including inline or manifold configurations, and can be specified with customizable elastomer choices to handle a wide range of fluids. Its modular design also makes it easier to maintain, reducing downtime and total cost of ownership.
