Gilmore welcomes Matt Cort as president, aiming to build on their 60-year legacy in the oil and gas industry.
Gilmore announces the appointment of Matt Cort as president.
Cort joins the company from Emerson where he was vice president of the pressure relief valve business unit. Cort’s other positions at Emerson included product management, marketing and strategic planning.
“I am confident that Matt has both the experience and the leadership capability to continue the momentum at Gilmore and to drive the next chapter of growth for the business,” said Jim Norris, president and CEO of Control Devices LLC.

Gilmore specializes in the design and manufacture of flow control solutions across multiple energy markets. The company has been innovating through collaboration with customers in the development of new adaptable and modular technologies that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry requirements.
“I look forward to working with all of our talented teammates at Gilmore to build on the legacy of serving the oil and gas industry for over 60 years,” Cort said.
